Katie was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and helpful. I bought my first home right when the housing market started skyrocketing and probably saw 30 different houses and made about 10 offers before one stuck. She worked relentlessly against very difficult odds to find me a home within my budget no matter how many times we lost bidding wars. I had an FHA loan so I was at a severe disadvantage given all the cash offers going around. Katie never gave up though. She was so on top of things she would text me homes before they even showed up on Zillow. When we found the house I bought she convinced the buyer to reduce the price to help with some repairs I would need to make and was instrumental in convincing the seller I was the right buyer. She was an amazing realtor and a genuinely wonderful person to be around. I never felt pressured and she has such a great eye for things she would point out potential problems that I would have never noticed. I can’t recommend her enough and will be using her in the future when I’m looking for my next home.
